Car4Cancer Lottery with 50/50 Raffle 

June 29th to November 19th, 2026

1) Total value of all raffle prizes is $116,568.70

2) A maximum of 23,313 raffle tickets are available for purchase. 

3) Ticket price is $25 CAD each or 8 tickets for $100 CAD or 30 tickets for $250. 

4) The total value of the 50/50 Raffle is to be 50% of all 50/50 ticket sales. 

5) Ticket prices for the additional 50/50 raffle are $10 for 5, $20 for 30, $50 for 150 and $75 for 300. 

6) Valid ticket is receipt and proof of purchase. 

7) Only valid tickets are eligible for the draws. 

8) Tax receipts cannot be issued for ticket purchases. 

9) Ticket purchasers must be located in the province of Ontario at time of purchase. 

10) Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age. 

11) Tickets cannot be purchased for or in the name of persons less than 18 years of age 

12) All tickets for the Win4CancerLottery and the accompanying 50/50 Raffle are sold through BUMP, A Division of Canadian Bank Note, systems and website. 

13) The official online website for ticket sales is WIN4CANCER.CA.   Tickets sold through the website are provided to the ticket holder via a valid email address. Tickets may also be sold via face-to-face sales with Point-of-Sale (POS) machines at various locations throughout the region, starting at 10 a.m. on July 29, 2026, to 11:59am. on November 19th, 2026. Tickets sold through POS devices are provided to the ticket holder via printed ticket. 

14) During the online and POS device checkout process, purchasers have the option to buy an additional 50/50 Raffle ticket. To purchase a 50/50 Raffle ticket, a WIN4CANCER Lottery raffle ticket must be purchased EACH TIME. 

15) All valid tickets included in the early-bird prizes draws, including the early-bird winning tickets will be included in the main draw and the 50/50 raffle draw. 

16) The following persons are prohibited from purchasing tickets in the WIN4CANCER Lottery: 

- Ajax Pickering Hospital Foundation staff and Board of Directors; 

- The Lakeridge Health Senior Leadership team and Board of Directors. 

- Employees of TBK Creative 

- Employees of the registered gaming supplier: BUMP  

- Employees of Ajax and Pickering Boyer 

- And members of the same household of each of the above; and 

- Employees of the Alcohol Gaming Commission of Ontario. 

17) Early Bird Draws: 

A. The 1st Early-Bird Draw is a cash prize of $3,000. All qualifying tickets for the 1st Early-Bird Draw must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, September 2nd, 2026. The 1st Early-Bird Draw will occur at 12 p.m. on Thursday, September 3rd, 2026, at the Ajax Pickering Hospital Foundation office located at 580 Harwood Avenue South, Ajax.  L1S 2J4

B. The 2nd Early-Bird Draw is a cash prize of $2000. All qualifying tickets for the 2nd Early-Bird Draw must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30th, 2026. The 2nd Early-Bird Draw will occur at 12 p.m. on Thursday, October 1st, 2026, at Ajax Pickering Hospital Foundation office located at 580 Harwood Avenue South, Ajax.  L1S 2J4

C. The 3rd Early-Bird Draw is a cash prize of $1000. All qualifying tickets for the 3rd Early-Bird Draw must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, October 28th, 2026. The 3rd Early-Bird Draw will occur at 12 p.m. on Thursday, October 29th, 2026, Ajax Pickering Hospital Foundation office located at 580 Harwood Avenue South, Ajax.  L1S 2J4

20) The Main Draw prize is a 2026 Corvette Stingray Cpe, valued at $110,568.70 including taxes. All qualifying tickets for the Grand Prize must be purchased by November 19th, 2026 at 11:59am. 

21) The 50/50 Raffle prize is 50% of all add-on 50/50 raffle tickets sold. Tickets for the 50/50 prize must be purchased by November 19th, 2026 at 11:59am. 

22) The Grand Prize Draw will take place at the Ajax Pickering Hospital Foundation office located at 580 Harwood Avenue South, Ajax.  L1S 2J4 . Date: November 19th, 2026. Time: 2:00 p.m. 

23) The 50/50 Raffle Prize Draw will take place at the Ajax Pickering Hospital Foundation office located at 580 Harwood Avenue South, Ajax.  L1S 2J4.  Date: November 19th, 2026. Time: 2:00 p.m. 

24) Winning ticket number, and name and city of residence of the winner(s) will be recorded and announced immediately after each draw through the event website and official APHF social media channels. 

25) The winner (s) will be notified by a Ajax Pickering Hospital Foundation representative. Such information will include information about the prize claim procedure. 

26) Winning ticket number and the name of the winner (s) will be broadcast by the Ajax Pickering Hospital Foundation for the WIN4CANCER Lottery through the event website and social media platforms. 

27) Early-bird-draw prizes can be picked up at the Ajax Pickering Hospital Foundation office or shipping can be arranged. 

28) Main draw prize of the 2026 Corvette Stingray Cpe is awarded on an unconditional ownership basis inclusive of all taxes, freight charges, pre-delivery inspection (PDI) costs and dealer fees. 

29) Winner of the main prize must take delivery of the Corvette as awarded and is responsible for licensing and insurance from the time of delivery/ownership. Delivery of the vehicle is proof of delivery, 425 Bayly St W Ajax, ON. L1S 6M3

30) Privacy Policy: Personal information is collected for the sole purpose of completing ticket sales, identifying ticket purchasers and communicating with purchasers. For more information, please contact the APHF Foundation office to review our privacy policy.

33) In these Rules and Regulations, and in all electronic or printed material related to this lottery:

a_). “AGCO” means the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario 

b). “WIN4CANCER Lottery” means the AGCO approved electronic lottery system designed by Canadian Bank Note and operated by the Ajax Pickering Hospital Foundation

c). “Dashboard” means the Dashboard component of the computer controlled system designed by Canadian Banknote for the conduct of this lottery. 

d). “Draw” means the random selection of a winning ticket number by the Ajax Pickering Hospital Foundation through the WIN4CANCER lottery system.  

e). “Player” means a person who is eligible to participate in this lottery in accordance with the rules and regulations.

f). “Prize” means the consideration or item identified by the Ajax Pickering Hospital Foundation that is provided to the winner of the draw in return for the purchase of a valid ticket. 

g). “Ticket Number” means a unique numerical sequence randomly issued by the WIN4CANCER lottery as set out on a valid ticket.  

h). “Valid Ticket” means the possession of a WIN4CANCER lottery ticket issued by the Ajax Pickering Hospital Foundation that is not void.

i).  “Winner” means the person who is the bearer of a winning ticket and who satisfies all the conditions established by the Foundation to claim the prize.  

j). “Winning Number” means the number displayed on a valid ticket that matches the winning number of a draw. 

k). “Winning Ticket” means a valid ticket that bears a ticket number matching the winning number of a draw.
